Tracy, your property manager, was so wonderful when I applied to lease an apartment here. She was so friendly but at the same time very professional. She was very helpful and made me feel good about wanting to live here. I really believe she makes all the residents feel as I do. She's always friendly with everybody. I don't think you could have given the job to anyone but her.
I have enjoyed my stay here.

I just want to thank you and your staff for being so kind and caring. My living here in Winnstead Apartments has been nothing but wonderful since you became the Property Manager. For the first time, I can say that I have a Property Manager that really cares about her community, and the people that live in it. It is also nice to walk in your office, and you know who I am. Before you came, the other staff was not so friendly, in other words I barely knew them. Once you got here I noticed that you made yourself known to the people in the complex and that your staff is very helpful when I need assistance. You are a great leader and I notice that through your staff. My neighbors have also spoken very highly of you.

Thank you for answering my work orders immediately, thank you for paying attention to the community, the complex is quiet, peaceful and clean. You are the best Property Manager I have ever had, and I have lived in three other apartments’ communities so be encouraged and keep up the excellent work, I do appreciate you.
